What this site collects, and what it does not.
This is a static site with no contact form. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and does not track visitors between sessions. Every file it loads, including the typefaces, comes from its own domain, so reading it makes no request to anyone else.
What you send us
Nothing, unless you write to us. Reading the site sends us no information about you beyond the server logs described below. If you email the address in the contact section, we receive whatever you choose to put in that message.
Why we hold it
To reply to you and to work out whether the engagement is a fit. We do not add correspondence to a mailing list or a marketing sequence.
Who else is involved
- The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which receives standard server logs including your IP address.
- Our replies are sent from Google Workspace, which stores the resulting correspondence.
No other third party receives data from this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Correspondence relating to an engagement is retained for the period set out in the engagement terms.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@atypicalresolvers.com and we will respond directly.
